Message from the Chairman
I would like to start off by welcoming and thanking all the officers and members past, present, and future. As I come into the position of Chairman I want to give a special thank you to all the directors in the section who have dedicated their time, patience and advice to help the section grow.
I am very excited about the new term and look forward to serving the section. I have ideas for the section including classes, meetings, possibly a golf tournament, web site changes and a catered picnic to wrap the year up with.
I would also like to do as much recruiting as possible to further enhance the section membership. I will be calling on our level III’s to help with the classes and recruiting planned for the upcoming year. Remember, we need to reach out in the community and educational institutes to spread the word that we exist to create a safer world through promoting the profession and technologies of NDT.
The Oklahoma Section’s officers assure you that we will serve the NDT community to the best of our abilities. We would also like to hear from you of any ideas to advance this section into the future.
